Mills Honda Earns 4th Honda President's Award

Living up to its reputation, THE Mills Honda of Brainerd/Baxter has earned the prestigious Honda President's Award for 2017 from American Honda Motor Co., Inc. for excellence in sales, service and business operations.

It's the fourth time since 2012 that Mills Honda has won the President's Award.  Mills Honda is among just seven Honda dealers in Minnesota, and 180 Honda dealers nationwide to win the award.

"I am extremely proud that we won the award," said Matt Anderson, general manager of Mills Honda.  "It means so much to me. We have the right people and we are doing things the right way for our guests."

To qualify for the President's Award, a dealership must meet all award criteria and achieve its new vehicle sales objective.

"The President's Award recognizes dealers who honor their relationship with our Guests by achieving excellence throughout their sales and service operations, and Mills Honda does just that," said Henio Arcangeli Jr, senior vice president of the American Honda Automobile Division.  "In taking care of its Guests, Mills Honda has set the standard for other dealerships across the country to follow."     

Mills Honda will receive a trophy, recognition materials for the show floor, and be included in advertising by American Honda Motor Co.

There are more than 1,000 independent Honda dealers in the country. Honda vehicles have been produced in America for more than 35 years, and the company operates 19 major manufacturing facilities in North America. In 2017, nearly 93% of all Honda and Acura vehicles sold in the United States were made in North America, using domestic and globally sourced parts.






They've done it again!

For the third straight year, THE Mills Honda of Brainerd/Baxter has won the Honda Express Service Elite Award.

Honda awards this honor only to Honda service departments that meet and exceed its expectations, including training requirements, having the latest tools and equipment to ensure quick service, and have a state-of-the-art express lube center.

"This is next to impossible to win," said Mills Honda General Manager Matt Anderson. "To win it three years in a row is no small feat!" 

The eight members of the Mills Honda Service Team collectively have more than 200 years of automotive service and parts experience. They include Service Advisors Tim Wooden and Ryan Conner, Parts Manager Scott Stall, and Service Technicians Bryan Beardmore, Dustin Juntunen, Ryan Monasmith, Jake Theien and Dustin Northenscold.

THE Mills Honda Service Team has won this award in 2015, 2016 and now 2017 exceeding Honda's rigorous guidelines again to become one of Brainerd/Baxter's premier service departments.
