Slow service
Let me just start by saying I hate car shopping with an ugly passion. My last vehicle purchase, 6 years ago, was a rushed event to just get in a car after an accident totaled the one before. I purchased that vehicle through Mills Honda, and the salesperson helping me at the time was super patient with me and all my questions.

I purchased a car cargo topper from Mills Honda last August and when I went to use it Labor Day weekend to return to Florida it was discovered that one of the hinges wasn’t attached which caused some major problems. I called and left Mills Honda a voicemail regarding the issue. They advised me to take it to my local Florida Honda dealership for repair but unfortunately they refused to touch it because I didn’t purchase it from them. Very good service. No issues, explained everything.
Made my appointment over a month out to get a sensor fixed. Got there, they read back what needed to be done and explained they don’t do that there and had to send it else where. They could have told me this a month ago when I called to make my appointment. I had to leave it overnight. I feel I could have made an appointment elsewhere myself and gotten in sooner than a month.

Excellent experience. But my son, his first car. Everyone from the sales staff sales manager and finance manager were excellent to work with. We purchased a used car and then had 2 1/2 hours to drive home. I thought it was really cool that Tyler our salesman followed up with me on Monday to make sure we got home safely. The sales department may help get you in a new Honda but the service department will keep you satisfied and coming back for your next vehicle.

Box was checked for the air filter being checked for standard oil change. This was not the case, filter was filthy. Low miles Like new car, no way filter was even looked at for at least the last two oil changes.

Good service, oil change, wheels rotated, and check over. The 2025 pilot is a great SUV. Our 2003 Honda Accord has 235,000 miles and is problem free. No complaints.

I HIGHLY recommend getting a vehicle from this dealership. Noah & Andrew were great to work with from our very first conversation on the phone. They went above to make sure I loved the vehicle I called about. We had a couple issues, it was a late Friday Evening and they were both friendly and patient during the entire process !
I was in dire need of service (oil change, tire rotation, brake and transmission fluid change) and dealing with a personal tight schedule. I was originally told by the scheduler that it would be two weeks out, but I was transferred to Cody, the Service Mgr., and he worked me in that day! I was impressed by his willingness to help me out, and very grateful.

I purchased a HR V Sport from Mills Honda. My experience there was positive! Margaret Eldridge and Tyler Franzen make a great team. They made buying a car easy. Margaret Eldridge is a delight. She is organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tyler Franzen answered all my questions, and patiently helped me through the process of selecting a car that meets my needs. He helped me set up the console to my preferences, and showed me how all the "bells and whistles" worked.
Excellent experience, my visit was welcoming, no pressure and one of the simplest purchases ever! I work an hour away and it’s difficult to get to businesses during hours of operation, Tyler stayed late so we could wrap up the deal and was very kind and professional.

Very pleasant. Very efficient. I wish the service person had told me that there was a charge for using the credit card. I had a check book with me. Nothing was said until I noted the amount for the card was more than the service.

Best Dealership to lease a car! They called us last week and asked if we would consider trading our current lease in 8 months early. We were over on miles by 15k, had a little damage and the tires were shot. Not only did we leave with no money down, but they lowered our monthly lease payment! Mills Honda customer for life!!!

Had a hitch installed. Satisfied with work. Great customer service. One thing every time I’ve brought my Honda in I’ve gotten a low tire pressure warning shortly after leaving the shop. This has happened over multiple past visits so they must do something that resets the sensors.
I brought my CRV in for an oil change, transmission fluid change and differential fluid. Work was done quickly and the paper work showed clearly what was done and what all that was checked on the vehicle. Very satisfied with the work and the short amount of time it took. I strongly recommend Mills Honda for service!!!

I walked into Mills Honda expecting the standard dealership experience: a team of pickpocketing salesmen and a pile of bad purchase agreements. Happy to say... I was wrong.
My salesman Connor actually listened to what I wanted and got me there without pushing things to the brink of hand-to-hand combat. Huge win.
Next stop: finance. At this point I’m thinking, “Here comes the Nuclear Winter Protection Package and gold-plated brake calipers.” Nope. Andrew in finance skipped the snake oil, got me only what I wanted, and had me out in 15 minutes.

After they went thru their 112 pt. check list and ran it thru the detail shop things came out great. 30 day bumper to bumper warranty is a great confidence builder as well.
