Meet The Team

Michael Horton embarked on his Mills career in sales on January 3, 2023, drawing from diverse experiences including stints at Best Buy and Northern Cowboys. Born into a nomadic childhood, Michael spent Most time growing up in Brainerd, where he completed his high school education at Brainerd High School. Despite his transient upbringing, Michael’s educational journey led him to Le Cordon Bleu, where he honed his skills. 

Outside of work, Michael finds solace and excitement in outdoor activities. He enjoys the tranquility of fishing and the adrenaline rush of drifting, pursuits that reflect his love for nature and adventure. 

Connor Marichalar joined the Mills team as a Sales Consultant on August 29, 2024. Prior to this, Connor gained valuable experience working as a Sales Advisor at Best Buy and as a National Conductor. Before venturing into the sales field, he worked as a welder, having completed welding and fabrication courses at Central Lakes College in Brainerd and receiving AWS certification. 

Originally from Thief River Falls, Connor and his family relocated to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 2011 when his father began employment at Fort Ripley. They have enjoyed living in the area ever since. Connor graduated from Brainerd High School in 2017. 

Outside of work, Connor enjoys an active lifestyle. In the summer, you’ll find him longboarding, and in the winter, he’s passionate about snowboarding. He also loves listening to both new and classical music, playing video games like Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros with friends, and occasionally indulging in hunting and fishing. 

Connor is the eldest of three siblings, with a younger brother, and a younger sister and values his close-knit family connections. 

Kori Sullivan joined the Mills team on August 14, 2023, starting as a Sales & Service Assistant, leveraging previous experience from Menards. Originally from New Hope, Minnesota, Kori completed her high school education at Brainerd High School and pursued further education at MCB in New Brighton, Minnesota. 

Professionally, Kori’s career has been marked by a commitment to customer service and support. Her role as Sales & Service Assistant reflects her dedication to ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. 

In her personal life, Kori finds joy in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and boating. These hobbies not only allow her to stay active but also provide opportunities for relaxation and connection with nature. 

Kori is happily married to her husband Bill and is a proud parent to three children: Nathan, Natalie, and Nickolas. Family plays a central role in Kori’s life, and she cherishes the moments spent with her loved ones.
